Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Plant Place, we want every customer to have a great experience. Because many of our workshops and events have limited seating and require us to purchase plants, supplies, and materials in advance, some purchases are subject to specific cancellation and refund policies.

Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

Tickets purchased for The Plant Place events, workshops, classes, and special experiences are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a ticket, your space is reserved specifically for you, and we may purchase materials and supplies based on the number of registered participants. If you are unable to attend an event or workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not generally available, we may offer a transfer to another person or, when possible, allow you to apply your payment toward a future event or workshop at The Plant Place. Any transfer or credit is at the discretion of The Plant Place and may be subject to availability.

If The Plant Place must cancel or reschedule an event or workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather emergencies, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible.
If an event is cancelled by The Plant Place, customers will be offered one of the following, as applicable:

• A transfer to the rescheduled date


• A credit toward a future event or workshop


• A refund of the event ticket

The specific options available may vary depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

If you purchase a ticket but do not attend the scheduled event or workshop, the ticket is considered used and is not eligible for a refund.

If you know that you will be unable to attend, please contact us before the event. We will do our best to work with you when possible.

Some Plant Place events, private parties, workshops, and group reservations require a reservation fee or deposit.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable because they are used to hold your date, time, and space.

If a specific event or reservation has different cancellation terms, those terms will be provided at the time of booking and will take precedence over this general policy.

For eligible retail products purchased from The Plant Place, customers should contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a problem with the order.

For products that are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Certain products, including live plants, custom-made items, personalized products, and other specially prepared items, may not be eligible for return or refund.

Gift certificates and gift cards purchased from The Plant Place are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and are generally non-refundable.

Gift certificates may not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Custom plant arrangements, personalized items, special orders, and projects prepared specifically for a customer may require payment in advance and may be non-refundable or non-returnable once production or preparation has begun.

If you have a question about a purchase, event ticket, workshop registration, cancellation, or refund, please contact The Plant Place as soon as possible.

• Order or registration number, if applicable
• Name and date of the event or workshop
• Date of purchase
• Description of your request
